Do you ever think about your frequencies and your vibrations?
On a daily basis?
Maybe you should, as you know you are an energy being, a human magnet, right!
It's quantum science.
And for decades, I didn’t know that I was radiating low vibrational negative frequencies, and I wondered why I was attracting back to myself low vibration people, events, situations and scenarios,
I didn’t even realise what was going on.
Until I the Laws of the universe were introduced to me in 2010.
I’m talking about the Universal laws of vibration and attraction.
So basically I was focussing on too many negative emotions and feelings like anger, fear, hatred, and resentment, I was angry and disappointed with my world, my situation, and my relationships
.
But mostly, I was angry with myself because of the unfocused choices I had made.
No wonder it was all going wrong for me.
My focus, my language, and my awareness was the key.
So when I started to study the laws of nature and realised that we are all energy that radiate frequencies and vibrations, and the higher we raise our vibration to the feel-good frequencies, the better we can feel within ourselves, and the better we will attract what we want.
This is why it's important to focus on the feel-good emotions like Love, joy, peace, kindness, happiness, excitement, and passion.
When I say passion, one of my other passions is Art, I love art and that's why a few years back I overcome my old doubts of thinking I was not good enough and started working with an amazing author who wrote children's books, which has led us to 11 books now.
In this uncertain time that we are going through now, I started to take action again, and have created my own personal spiritual art, which will be up for sale very soon.
It's the inspired action we need to take, keep on moving, we make it happen and so can you.
Enjoy the Journey, that's all it is.......
You are a creator in any way you see fit, whether it's in art or writing or poetry, anything, I promise you that the people come in to help you, its the positive mindset that is the key.
So ask yourself.
What are you mostly focusing on?
If you are not feeling so good, take a close look at "why"you are not feeling so good?
What's missing or what do you need?
Try to find ways that will help you and your emotions and moods, take a step back and take a good look at your life and yourself, and your actions.
This is what I had to do.
Remember that you are a human magnet and you will attract more of what you are, how you feel, and what you are focusing on.
What you focus on expands.
Is your focus on what's going right in your world, or the opposite.?
There is a solution to everything and you have all the answers inside of you.
We just need to calm our minds and care for ourselves.
My top tips.
Meditate to help you to calm your mind.
Take time out to reflect on what you do want.
Do whatever it takes to monitor your moods.
Be grateful for what you have now.
Re kindle a burning passion and take action.
I know that we are all going through uncertain times at the moment and we are all in similar boats but, we can get through this.
You are stronger than you think.
You are worthy and enough,
There is always a solution, even if it takes a bit of time to show up, it will.
Trust and believe.
I trust that I can inspire you, beautiful being.
Sending you love and a strengthening light.
