When We Forget Our Thoughts Create: A Loving Reminder to Choose the magic!

Hello dear ones,
Have you ever paused for a moment and truly listened to the thoughts flowing through your mind?
For many of us, the inner voice can be filled with doubt, fear, and worry, or a constant stream of “what ifs” and worst-case scenarios.
Even our language can be "I just knew that was going to happen!"
If that sounds familiar, take a deep breath and know this, you’re not alone.
In today’s world, it’s so easy to get caught up in a cycle of overthinking, negative self-talk, and emotional overwhelm.
But here’s the beautiful truth — you have more power than you think.
You are not just a passive observer of your life, you are a co-creator.
I’m here to remind you lovely!
We all know about the Universal Law’s of Vibration and Attraction.
The universal principles that what we consistently think, feel and speak becomes our reality.
Now, this doesn’t mean you should never feel worried or anxious, being human means feeling all emotions.
But the secret lies in mindfully guiding your thoughts back to a place of faith, hope, and positive expectation.
Its the Awareness that's the key.
It's Easier Said Than Done — And That’s Okay.
We all slip into the negative.
We all replay imaginary disasters and hold conversations in our heads that never happened.
The mind loves to overanalyse, especially when life feels weird.
But what if, instead of imagining the worst, you softly shifted your focus to imagine the best?
What if the next chapter of your life turned out better than expected?
Remember: You are not your thoughts. You are the loving awareness behind them. You have the ability to pause, reset, and choose again.
Here are a few Ideas that may help to shift your thinking.
Pause and Breathe
Whenever you notice your thoughts spiralling, take a moment to stop and take a deep breath. Feel the ground beneath your feet. Bring your attention back to this moment. Just one mindful breath can help break the loop of anxious thinking.
Create a “Feel-Good” Thought
Choose one uplifting thought or affirmation to focus on when things get tough. It could be something like, “Everything is working out for me” or “I trust its all rigged in my favour.” Repeat it, until it becomes familiar.
Visualise the Best Outcome
Instead of imagining what could go wrong, close your eyes and picture everything going right. See yourself calm, successful, and surrounded by love. The more you practice this, the more natural it becomes, and the more you will raise your vibration to match that beautiful reality.
The world we are creating begins in our mind, and every loving, hopeful thought counts for the future of all of us.
We don’t have to be perfect. Just be willing, willing to choose a better feeling thought, even if it’s just a whisper.
So today, choose to believe in your own light.
Expect miracles. Expect peace. Expect the best.
And watch how the universe reflects that back to you.
