Finding Light After Loss.
Hello light beings,
A few years ago, as you may know, I went through one of the hardest seasons of my life, losing my beautiful big hearted mum. x
The grief was deep, and there were days I felt like the sadness might never lift.
When you’ve been in that kind of darkness, it’s easy to stop dreaming. You begin to believe that happiness isn’t for you anymore.
But even in the middle of my sadness, I held onto something important, I stayed open to hope and positivity. I allowed myself to cry, to miss her, and to feel the heart ache, but I also reminded myself every single day, life can still hold meaning.
That belief became my lifeline.
Over time, the heaviness kind of softened. I started to notice little joys again, a kind word from a friend, sunshine through the window, the quiet comfort of a cup of tea. And my mission.
Slowly, I began to realise that it’s possible to carry grief and still welcome positivity, peace, and even miracles into your life.
Learning to Receive Goodness Again.
When you’ve been in pain for a long time, receiving joy can feel strange at first. Almost like it doesn’t belong to you. But the truth is, that I’ve learned, we all deserve joy and feel good.
Life brings challenges, yes! but it also brings abundance, new beginnings, and moments of light. And when you’re ready to embrace it, that goodness has a way of showing up in ways you never expected.
Gentle Tips for Letting the Light In.
If you’re walking through your own darkness, here are a few small practices that helped me.
Make space for both sadness and hope. You don’t have to choose one or the other. It’s okay to grieve and still look forward to better days.
Notice the small joys. A smile, fresh air, a favourite song, being in nature, let these little things remind you that light still exists.
Speak to yourself with kindness. Each morning, try saying “I am worthy of joy, even as I heal.”
Dream in small steps. Don’t pressure yourself to plan your whole future. Start with imagining one small thing that would make life feel lighter.
How I helped myself.
Walking through grief taught me something powerful.
Our mindset matters more than we realise.
Even in pain, the way we speak to ourselves and the beliefs we hold can shape the path forward.
That’s why I created my positive thinking courses, to share the tools, practices, and gentle guidance that helped me move from darkness into light.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, weighed down, or ready to rediscover your spark, these 3 courses could be a way to begin.
Because no matter what you’ve been through, your story isn’t finished.
There is still joy, peace, and light waiting for you.
Love and peace to you sovereign being, Our purpose is to LOVE and stay positive!
