Do your beliefs help or serve you?

Many years ago, I listened to the Audiobook “The biology of belief” by Dr. Bruce H Lipton PhD, an internationally recognised leader in bridging science and spirituality, stem cell biologist, international speaker, bestselling author and award-winning lecturer.


In 1982 he began examining the principles of quantum science and human belief systems. His work is mind blowing and eye opening.


Our belief systems are everything and are predominantly related to the results we get in life.

What we believe in will become true for us, what we were bought up to believe in is programmed into our subconscious mind, whether they are religious beliefs, self-sabotaging beliefs, positive or negative beliefs, even what “The media and the Global news” feeds us on T.V and radio.


When something is repeated to us so much, especially as children, it is then deep set into our belief system that we often get the results we are believing in. We are shown the evidence in our lives, we are even unaware of our subconscious beliefs and rarely see that our own behaviour can sabotage us.


It's almost like we are giving ourselves instructions, and science has shown us that what we mostly focus on will become true for us and we will attract more of it.


My belief is that the universe will bring you the evidence of what you believe in, you will see and experience it everywhere.


That is the principle of attraction.


A universal Law of nature.


Dr Bruce H Lipton’s famous quote says


“The moment you change your perception is the moment you change the chemistry of your body”


. In other words, change the way you see things and the things you see will change.


The same goes for Positive thinking and negative thinking.


We can change our thinking and our perception at any time, it takes some practice, but it can be done,. Practicing daily disciplines can help you to change your way of thinking to the positive.


We can release ourselves from our old unhelpful beliefs and the beliefs of others.

We have the choice to choose.


Ask yourself some questions.


  • Do your beliefs help or serve you?

  • Are your beliefs Negative or positive?

  • Do you believe in what you were told to believe in, or would you like to work on changing them?

  • Would you like to be a positive thinker?
