Worrying? Do you get Anxious at times?

Hello soul tribe, I trust that you are well.


This subject seems to be present quite a lot, especially in the last few years. It seems like its been off the Richter scale at times.


I am talking about Worry and Anxiety!


Sometimes we can feel very Anxious and worried for whatever reasons, we all do this, Yes, it feels uncomfortable, but we are human after all, and we are here to feel all of the emotions.


But, most of us don't like this feeling do we.

It feels off! unbalanced, wrong, and the monkey mind can set in rather quickly if we don't take charge of it.


We can sometimes allow our minds and our thoughts take over.


At the end of the day it is mostly the thoughts and visions that we are thinking about that seem to make the matters feel worse.


You are not alone!


Some of the thoughts and visions may not even be true!
