Ways to Raise Your Vibration Naturally (And Feel Better Energetically)

If you’ve been wondering about ways to raise your vibration or how to feel better energetically, sometimes the answer isn’t adding more. It’s letting go of certain behaviours that we sometimes practice unknowingly. 


Often it’s the small negative habits or toxins that lower your vibration and keep you stuck without you even realising it.


Doing this can help you to manifest faster too, it really is powerful!


Remember your super powers as a super human, you are a sovereign being,


Sometimes we forget ourselves, and our behaviours can be destructive to us, or even to others, without us even realising.


Habits That Lower Your Vibration


I am talking about the Top Toxins that do not serve us.


Not physical toxins or products that we use either around the house or on our bodies, which are bad enough.


I mean Toxic Behaviours that drain us energetically and lower vibration. 


I made a little video talking about the Top 5 Toxins that we really should eliminate from our lives in order to actually raise our vibrations higher, to attract better.


Toxin #1 - Negativity


Constant negative thinking pulls your energy down.


We all have negative moments but living in a negative mindset keeps you focused on what’s wrong instead of what’s possible. What you focus on expands.


Shifting even one negative thought a day can begin to raise your vibration naturally.


Toxin #2- Criticism


Being overly critical of yourself or others blocks confidence and self-belief. 


If you want to feel better energetically, practise compassion instead. Speak to yourself the way you would speak to someone you love.


Toxin #3 - Complaining


Complaining keeps your attention locked onto problems.


Of course, we need to express emotions  but constant complaining without taking action reinforces a low-frequency pattern.


Awareness is key. When you notice yourself complaining, pause. Ask: what can I change here?

This small shift is one of the simplest ways to raise your vibration.


Toxin #4 - Making Excuses


Excuses keep you stuck. They protect you from discomfort but also stop growth.

When we make excuses, we hand our power away.


Taking responsibility, even for small changes, is how you raise your vibration naturally and step into your sovereignty.


Toxin #5 - Gossiping


Gossip may seem harmless but it keeps you focused on others rather than your own evolution.


If you want to start raising your vibration naturally, remember that energy always returns to the sender.

How to raise your vibration naturally doesn’t have to be complicated.


It begins with awareness. When you remove behaviours that drain your energy, you create space for clarity, gratitude and positivity to grow.


When you become more mindful of your energy, you can naturally begin to feel better energetically without forcing anything. 


But we are human and sometimes we can forget that we are here to help others go forward in a positive light. What goes around comes around and what we give out comes back to us. We want great stuff coming back to us, right?
